Beautiful compositions for a seamless lifestyle.

San Francisco’s new luxury apartment building, Chorus is home to City Ballet and Chorus Hall—a new 216-seat venue for the performing arts, and the residents have a front-row seat. The luxury apartments are complete with panelized appliances, retro-inspired SMEG ranges, and wide-plank hardwood floors, the residences are the epitome of high living. Aside from the apartment’s gym and fitness center, which hosts 11 rotating complimentary group classes per week (lead by former San Francisco 49er linebacker, Corey Lemonier), Chorus’ claim to fame is the American Ninja Warrior-inspired training course that’s outfitted with an eight-foot warped wall and an octagon-shaped arena for performance training with Lemonier.

A hidden respite from the energetic lobby, the Skybox Lounge is a sophisticated sports bar for an elevated viewing experience.

With expert attention paid to every element of the apartment gym space, you’ll find free weights and an outdoor Ninja Warrior training course outfitted with an 8‑foot warped wall and octagon frame for performance training.

At the heart of the Chorus apartment ground floor is reception—a sophisticated bar ideal for gatherings both large and small.

Inspire productivity and focus time at work—a co-working space rich in ambiance.

Designated areas allow ample room for stretching and recovery

A complete indoor-outdoor wellness haven rife with natural light and city views. Chorus apartment residents can choose from a wide variety of fitness options, including 11 rotating classes per week that include morning and evening spots.
